I made a video about why I participated in the women’s strike on March 8, focusing especially on the struggles of working women. It didn’t get shared for the media outlet I made it for so I am sharing it here instead. It took me at least two hours to figure out how to make it on my laptop and post it so I am going to share it dammit! Looking forward to a further radicalized 2018 IWD.
I will be writing much more in the future on class struggle and permaculture so maybe this can get you thinking about the struggles of workers within capitalism, how that relates to the commodification of all life, and why it might be an issue that concerns permaculturalists.
